Calling all women in Operations - Interns wanted

Gain fascinating insights into the world of consulting as well as firsthand consulting experience in McKinsey's Operations Practice. Are you enthusiastic about engineering, creating sustainability and interested in the impact you can have in operations topics? Do you feel you could be passionate about transforming our clients' operations?

Learn what it means to set a decisive course and how to continually improve production, purchasing and supply management, or service processes among other topics.

McKinsey & Company's Operations Practice invites female students from across Europe to experience the real work of a consultant: for 8 to 12 weeks, you will be a full-fledged member of a consultant team on-site at the client. You will work on core activities of the client project, prepare analyses, and participate in client meetings, thus contributing to the effort to help our clients improve their performance.

In our Operations Practice, we have worked on lead-time reduction in commercial aircraft time to market, we have enhanced the distribution performance for a leading food manufacturer, and we have effected a comprehensive operational improvement program for a metal-processing company. We can provide a wide span of engagements and the variety of industries/sectors and topics we cover is huge.

Would you like to take on responsibility and solve challenging issues within an interdisciplinary team? Then come join us as a "temporary consultant." You can apply for this internship from now to March 11th, 2018

We are seeking applications from talented women from across Europe who are currently working towards a master's degree, MBA, or PhD, with an engineering or business background and interest in operations topics.
